Cardio Drumming

This wildly popular 1 hour workout is a high intensity, low impact cardio based class for all fitness levels. Using a yoga ball, drumsticks & a bucket, you will have the time of your life beating, dancing, laughing and burning tons of calories! Follow along with the instructors and prepare for the most fun you’ve ever had doing cardio! Variations of Cardio Drumming include:

  • Power Drumming- 45 mins, no breaks

  • Showdown Drumming- 1 hour, incorporates weights

  • Hip- Hop Drumming- 1 hour, Hip-Hop music (may contain explicit language)

HIIT-2-FIT

This full body workout is the perfect combination of weights, cardio, and high intensity interval training. All fitness levels are welcome! Get ready to challenge your body, engage in a different style workout and burn lots of calories! Grab your swolemate and sign up for this hour long sweat sesh! Your body will thank you later!
